What do you think is the first thing I look for when I’m finding new stock for the store?

It’s very particular to me, and probably would make most store owners shake their heads in disapproval . . .

Very simply, I call it the “oooh” test. 

If I look at something that stops me in my tracks and makes me go ‘Oooh’ and immediately start planning where it’s going to go or be used in my house then it’s a WIN.

I always say I only sell homewares I genuinely love and that is the truth.  I’ve tried selling the odd item just because I think some people might like it but if I’m not passionate about it, it just doesn’t work for me.

When I first saw these dried and framed flowers from Harriet Rand Designs I immediately knew you would love them, because I just utterly fell in love with them.  So delicate and charming - a touch of the countryside or garden forever captured in the most beautiful hand painted frames.  Each one is a unique piece of art and I want one in my kitchen, my downstairs cloakroom, the boot room, or imagine it on my bedside table. 

They'd also make a super lovely gift for that special someone - maybe for Mother's Day, a birthday or I think they'd make a really thoughtful Housewarming gift.
