Shipping policy
Rhubarb & Hare orders are dispatched between Tuesday - Thursday each week.
Orders are always sent with Royal Mail via a tracked service.
Once an order is shipped customers will automatically receive an email with the tracking number so it's status can be monitored.
Where possible I hope to charge the lowest rate possible, however there are certain products which due to their size and bulk have a higher P&P fee. This will always be highlighted at the Shipping page of your order so you can see the cost before you purchase.
We are currently unable to offer express delivery but if you have an urgent order request do please feel free to email me at hello@rhubarbandhare.co.uk and if we can accommodate we will.
Please note:
Currently Rhubarb & Hare does not ship outside of the UK.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified at the point of order. Rhubarb & Hare is not responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, with a neighbour) we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.
If a signature is required, please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your goods.
